Also if you take into account the circumstances... This video was released one month after an independent Russian journalist Irina Slavina self-immolated in front of the municipality center. Her house had been searched in the middle of the night by the police for oppositional material and all her and her family's electronic devices confiscated. The day after, Irina went "to work", called her daughter and husband to tell them that she loved them, sat on a bench right in front of the city center and lit herself with the help of fuel. Ic3peak thought of doing this video right after they heard the tragic news... And they nailed it. The Russian government sucks ass.

Ask your child what they see and what they think is happening. This video might be a tad raw, but if the child has already seen it, I suggest you watch it again together and talk about the meaning of it. In this video, it is about protests happening against the Russian regime, the people feel sad, cold and lifeless. You can explain why they feel that way and how people need to be able to express themselves and feel like individuals and what a dictatorship is.
