That sharks skin texture is crazy. Beautiful rebind! Very impressed. I’m just getting into premium bibles. I have a Horween Legacy from Crossway on the way, and an Schuyler NASB PSQ in Imperial blue with a full yap and blue under gold gilt. So excited for my new daily readers.

The shark skin, since it's a less common leather, it sort of makes me think more about where all this leather is coming from. Wonder if others think about the sourcing of these leathers, the treatment of the animals and if it's humane, etc. Not sure if there is any way to find out.

@Vicki H As far as I'm aware, these are sourced from the gulf and are non endangered species such as blue sharks. And if you have never had shark meat you are missing out! It's certainly a process that is just as humane and non wasteful as any other leather we use :)

that shark skin is crazy looking. I am normally not a fan of multiple colors on a cover but that black and red goes so well together. Don't think it is for me but beautiful. that little pocket flip back is amazing. do you think we will see more and more of those?

Wha is your favorite luxury premium leather Bible? I came across your channel today. I am glad I did. I am looking for a butter yellow or burnt orange leather Bible with very a very grainy texture as in Togo leather. Those colors are not easy to find in a non Chinese made Bible. Blessings.

I’m presently learning to rebind Bibles because I have several that need it and I’m a DIY fanatic. At one time I saw on one of your reviews where you mentioned a certain brand of pen to make the gold line around the perimeter. Like a dummy I did not write it down but I’m hoping you will share that info with me. I’m presently doing my first rebind. It’s a small Nelson compact NKJV and I would like a gold line around the inside of the cover. Help, Please!?!? Thank you

These two bibles have covers way bigger than the page side, and the soft leather cover just hang over the edge. Can someone please tell me what is this structure called? I've seen a few of these on internet, with bible only. But I've never seen it in real life. I'm curious about it.
