Congratulations.. Sorry for late reply. Extra virgin coconut oil is good for baby massage in summer and in winter pure sesame seed oil if weather is cold. Yes anyone can use turmeric powder it's antibacterial as well as very good for baby's skin. So you can use it.

Hi Madhu Lata sorry for the late reply,Boar water is a hard water so there is possibility that this water may contain minerals in excess which can make skin dull or dry. Your baby is young and the newborn has sensitive skin, so I would suggest for bath, check alternate source water or you can buy water softener, which will make hard water soft. In this case any soap won't help.

Hi Bhanu Skin color depends on two factors - Genetics and sun exposure. It's natural to change baby's skin color as baby grows. For massage you can use pure olive oil as it is rich in vitamin E which is good for skin or you can use cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Boar water is a hard water so there is possibility that this water may contain minerals in excess which can make skin dull or dry. Your baby is young and the newborn has sensitive skin, so I would suggest for bath, check alternate source water or you can buy water softener, which will make hard water soft. When it comes to soap I would suggest to use soap which is made from natural ingredients and free from chemicals.

Hi Asish, you need not have to wake up baby for massage, your baby is too young, they need sleep for their growth. You can wait for some more time for step by step massage. Meanwhile you can use fragrance free moisturizing cream, to keep your baby's skin moist, since this is winter time or instead of doing whole massage ,apply small amount of oil, as your baby wake up. Hi Puridi how are you? Sebamed massage oil is soya oil. I would recommend coconut oil. Baby’s skin is sensitive so it’s good to use cold pressed coconut oil for baby massage as it suits all skin type n safe. There are other good options for baby massage such virgin olive oil or pure almond oil or pure sesame seed oil all these are rich in vitamin e which is good for skin. You need to find out which oil suits your baby’s skin so apply oil on small portion of the baby’s body for few days and if there is no reaction rash or redness then you can use that oil. How many months old your baby is ??
