Haha... Uhm.. Yeah... that happened. 😂 I tought the mission was bugged because i didn't saw any markers on the map so i wanted to check out and then if i was there "i can hunt down a mammoth".

Remember the boss animals are tethered. They run back to their tethered position and heal...

I saw that but they went back to quickly to theri anchor point. Thats what i missjudge at my resting place. I've built the platform to low and close. but now i have some stuff to do before i can go back.

The fire pit was a good move, but why not use coal - there was a node in the cave entrance. There's plenty to eat - mushrooms on the fire. Water no problem, ice in the fire along with a water container.

I forgot the coal... But i used the mushrooms to cook while i was offrecording. I had water as well, but i had freezing icons all over my screen even if i stand almost inside the firepit. And there was a scorpion and a polar bear right at the door all night long. And that bear was my first big blow to lose everything. :D
