Hmm how can you play a game with 10 FPS and not quit? you are traveling in desert and its laggy as hell, reduce the quality of the video setting it may help a lot or, maybe you need a new PC

It has to do with local hosting the game. Unfortunately it is a known issue with Icarus. Just got a dedicated server. It should run better now.
