I laughed at the comment, a patient comes into a ER and says that they feel a little ill. True story, they do that. My sister is an ER doctor, and sees some interesting things that are not emergencies.

I'm sitting in the hospital with Crohn's disease and just laughing at that situation. A large number of people with Crohn's are lactose intolerant so both could have been a valid answer.

Isn't Two Point Hospital coming out in a couple of days? That seems a closer fit to the original game from the 90s and with the earlier release date it is likely to steal the thunder of this game.

I can already tell this game will be a huge chore to build and design your hospitals. The GUI is clunky, the art style is very goofy looking, and it just looks more annoying than fun. Should gone with a fully 3D engine like Two Point Hospital did.

This game is truly way ahead of Two Point in terms of build flexibility (especially floors) and overall more complex treatments. That said, it’s just a little TOO close to home by using real diseases and diagnostics such as stool collection. I’d beg the developer to hold back and take a closer look at Two Point. The game is successful because it’s funny, not just because it is a hospital simulator. It sucks strictly as a simulator, and this is from a guy who invested 30 hours into playing it. No one wants just a cold simulator. They want a fun game.

too involved for me, not as light hearted as theme hospital for the old PSX that game was fun this is too involved and will take way too long to build a hospital like the QMC in nottingham or the royal hallam in sheffield I only want to pass time having fun not get stressed over micro management not saying i would not like it just that I really don't have time to spend building a hospital
