ICC announced & issue CT25 to Pakistan, But ICC will force Pakistan to eccept Highbrid model to play against India in UAE, PCB has to agree on this, bcos ICC can't go against BCCI.

ICC tournaments should either not be held in India or should be jointly hosted in Asia as oppose to just single host nation. This way we can avoid these issues. Joint hosting of ICC tournaments can solve all the issues. This has been done in past such as 1996 World Cup, 2011 World Cup.

With this standoff Broadcaster will now recover its losses with ICC by reducing the fees paid to ICC.
