Great point on "I feel like dying" that song influenced a wave of people. Even him doing rock inspired a wave of kids. Waynes ability to make multiple types of songs dominate mixtapes, pop charts, and features is really unprecedented. Wayne will never get credit for everything he truly has provided to the rap game and music. Also, Nicki and Drake but benefited immensely from the Wayne co-sign. They both would have made it but Wayne standing besides them accelerated their growth. Jay is a better businessman and probably has better peak from an album perspective but Wayne is right there with him. Definitely the Kobe to HOV's Jordan.

This is my thing, what has Jay done in hip hop that Wayne hasn't? I feel like Jay's manifestations outside of hip hop helped keep his work in high regards. And at some point we have to acknowledge the fact that artists last projects have expiration dates when comparing them in goat conversations. We cant compare 4:44 to Tha Carter 6 when it comes out and we definitely cant keep using the Blueprint series to keep Jay "up there".
