Pac is still huge in other countries. And I think he's the most streamed rapper out of all of the 90s rappers. And some of these young rappers today are influenced by Pac. I think sometimes Americans forget theres other countries in this world, and so they are ignorant to how big someone is abroad. They probably listen to Pac in Africa and Europe more than they listen to jayz...

I agree Ford Tough that Rakim should be in the top 10. Doesn't matter what subsequent young rappers have done; he was what he was at the time, just like Kareem was what he was at the time with all that he had at hid disposal at the time. In Africa, Tupac is still bigger than Jay Z and all the rappers in that list. Jay Z is only big to hip-hop heads, but most people only know him for being Beyonce's husband. I'm talking about globally and not just in the U.S - till this day, we have hoods in Africa tagged West side and Thug life. People still play Dear Mama, Hail Mary, and Changes more than any Jay Z or Biggie song ( I'm talking about black areas which count as majority in Africa- I'm not talking about any Spotify or Apple music review). Global Impact no one comes near to Tupac in Africa, and when we talk about Europe, no one comes close to Eminem. Hip-hop is not just about opinions in New york. I like Nas more than Tupac, but I'd be lying if I said Nas had a bigger impact

My takes is the art/music gotta come first. As far as that goes. Nas - Greatest HH album of all time (Illmatic) Nas - one of the best individual catalog in rap history Nas - defeated JZ in a rap battle (facts). And JAY-Z last good album was released over a decade ago (BP3) Nas - active 1991 till current day. He’s been releasing music since Kdot was 3yrs old & in 2k22 he released an arguably better album than Kdot’s. So explain how his #3 & how especially Kdot was placed ahead of him. From their own criteria they are hypocrites by not putting Pitbull in this list. He should score top marks in every category except lyrics but it should still put him in the top 10 based on their criteria. He has 4 songs over 1 Billion on YT and many songs over 100 Million. And he has a massive cultural impact in being the most popular english/spanish rapper of all time and incredible longevity. So their list is invalid without Pitbull. They are contradicting themselves and are a bunch of liars.
