I had forgotten all about these candles. We were big into making candles back when we were hippies in the 1960s. Now retired, I'm getting back into candle making as a hobby. I found your channel a couple weeks ago and subscribed. Good job on your videos.

These are so cute. I've made 3 or 4 of them for fun - and lo and behold they burned for an average of 12 hours solid (each), basically until they ran out of wick. I made the core candles myself - also using wax crayons to create the different colors, so I guess there are crayons and crayons.... The left-over wax can be re-used to make more of the same, so it is indeed very inexpensive. Win-win. Thank you.

I don’t like the white candle in the center. Our family used to make these in the late 1960’s and they were fun! I am going to make some again. Great video!

I used a core candle, but when I burned it the flame went out when it got to the wax. Unable to relight.
