How much would you charge for the owner's manual, or design documentation, such as interconnection diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment specifications/bill of materials for this project? I am interested in building something similar, but with a different floor plan. I have a building that I intend to repurpose as a creamery/ice cream shop. I am in Baja California, Mexico.
