Some goans also, do face such difficulties in property.some officer's in department hand in glove is always. Thank God they have not entered in form 14 or D form . Or making will by dead leader's name . (This tye fact happened in mapuca.).... inventory , mutations of property or shop easily can be done in mapusa without informing or searching to original owner's.

Shekar bab next time please take personal security before raids for safety etc. Goa trending into fake property sale deed market by few dubious advocates few sub registrar officers few buracrates n agents.(Ministers)etc. Goans are fooled on token amount. The officers never visits and verify sites and ownership rights.
