Hi, freezing between 4-8 hours should be enough to set your ice cream, but it depends on how much you freeze at once. The bigger the amount, the longer it takes. (you can see in the video that I have divided the recipe into three containers). This ice cream recipe is based on heavy whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk; it is airy, creamy, and easy to scoop, even after a few days in the freezer. I hope this answers your question.
