Is just that there isn't a way to cook it fast and as a result it doesn't work for most people (especially Americans). There's plenty of Indian restaurants where I live. Though I suspect that that's probably because I love in India.

Everytime I see people trying to make poutine, they always mess up something even though it's a 3 ingredients recipe. Here the sauce was way too thick and the cheese wasn't cheese curds. But hey, they've got fries at least! haha (but even in Montreal, 9 out of 10 poutine is disgusting. it's really because the good stuff is unbelievable that this meal survives with this much failure rate)
