He mentioned that it was miner's lettuce aka purslane on one of the dishes, but in actuality that looked like mache (very round leaves and thin leaves). Purslane is very tubular and thick walled plant that tastes as good as lettuce. My front yard has thousands of square feet of purslane but the season is very short for it.

So I go for organic, european boutique cheeses, or places like Happy Farms at ALDI who specify non-hormone use in their milk :} For many people's health reasons aged cheese is best because the lactose content is minimal and produces less of an allergenic effect... :}

tip for a meatier tasting burger patty... get a plastic container with lid (so you can seal it) fart into the container and then leave the beef patty to maranade with the fart gas. leave it for about 4 hours out of sunlight. fry it on a high heat to seal the meat and finish off in oven.

I had a mate who used to work in a cheese factory - "American" cheese (aka plastic cheese) is made of all the scraps and waste cheese that they sweep up off the production lines and generally have lying about.
