Question about the rods here wouldnt a 100cm pike rod work just as fine ? We have some heavy duty rods for winterbaitcasters here in Sweden im just thinking for transportation vise . Fun with the Roe ! Regards Paul Roger Nilsson

Yup. When the jig bite is on bigger bass tubes and minnow shaped jigs can fire. And heavier style ice rods can be used. Lots of “maybe” in fishing. It’s all about balancing out the “plus and minus” of the day. And of course what is working for you. This was just this day… the fish were biting so light and dropping bait on this day.
