Just keep being the best Clayton Schick you can be. But I would like to hear more about your beginnings. Who got you interested in fishing? What made you decide to share your passion with us? I agree about letting someone know where you are, and if possible, fishing with a partner. Having gone through the ice three times(twice playing pond hockey, once fishing) its super important to be prepared for the worst.

37-38" Lakers in my area would be close to, if not, a once in a lifetime size laker. Anything over mid 30"s is truly exceptional locally. Crazy the difference from one area to the next. Yes, with a drive to some larger lakes can produce some 20lb+ Lakers come every year, including a 29lb 3oz laker someone caught in a decent size (for us) lake about 2 hours away, three years ago. Said lake doesn't permit ice fishing unfortunately. You, Justin, and Aaron's lake trout videos are literally the only reason I make a couple trips out for lake trout every year.
