Thanks for sharing! I want to try ice fishing but not sure how to go about it. Do you use topographic charts to find your fishing spots, or just know where to fish from boat fishing?

Thanks, we just check the winter ice fishing regs to see what lakes allow ice fishing, then we get boots on the ground and try some lakes to see what's in them..
