Spencer is a good actor. The way he does his character is amazing. "It is the end" video shows everything about Spencer. Not only is he a dangerous serial killer the fact that he was in the therapist's office without him realizing it is terrifying. He could have struck any time but waited and when ian woke up and Spencer was declining everything that ian said that was just him messing with his head. That shows how manipulating he can be. And him killing innocent people and he has 0 remorse for killing them even though they had nothing to do with him. That means he just loves killing and doesn't care who. That video "your number is up" shows how he actually loves to toy with his victims before killing them. Spencer is a terrifying serial killer.
