Looking for help with some diag. I have a similar Ice-O-Matic and it stops making ice. It will pump water and make 1 sheet - then go into harvest mode and push out that 1 sheet of ice - then that's it. After the sheet of ice falls, it stops pumping water. I checked for voltage getting to the pump and it there was voltage getting there but no water is pumping. So I thought I had a bad pump. I replaced the pump and got the same scenario....ugh. It pumps water and makes one sheet of ice - goes into harvest mode and pushes out the sheet - then stops pumping water. Does this sound common or at least familiar? What would you suggest I check next? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the comment, it is unusual to have full voltage at the new pump and it not work, Im assuming the compressor was still functioning? Or did the entire machine shut down? The pump gets voltage through the ice/off/wash selector switch but the line voltage runs through harvest cam switch if it has one as well as the bin thermostat. Make sure water source is good, machine is clean (water and air sides) double check your connections. I’ve attached a link to ice-o-matic service manual below 👇 hope that helps. @@subcoolHVAC following up with the eventual fix....the issue was found to be debris & buildup in the water delivery lines and in the sump. Initially I checked voltage to the pump and I had a full 112v to 115v. So I thought the pump was bad. I replaced it and it made 1 sheet of ice and then went back to it's evil ways of no longer making ice. It wasn't delivering water. What we found was that the pump was binding. There was still little pieces of debris getting caught up in the pump impeller and not letting the blades turn freely. We took apart ALL of the lines and scrubbed the hell out of all the lines and nozzles with a rifle brush, soap and hot water....put everything back together and like magic....the machine is back to making ice. Filter was also replaced as well. Thank you for the help.

Do you mean harvest? Check purge switch is normally closed when not depressed. Wash is turned on manually. www.iceomatic.com/userfiles/2466/products/prod_59504/ICE-Series-Service-Manual-8-2015.pdf
