No insurance hits my nerves. I was hit in my car by a non documented Mexican. He lied and gave fake insurance, but he oddly gave his name. We switched insurance, and then he told my insurance I hit him. Thank god I had a video after and photos. The accident occurred in a parking lot. He hit my side door and door was unable to open. I was parked, and he came in to stall nearby and hit drivers door. Could have been hurt if I had opened the door before he pulled in. It was dented badly, and he tried to say it was my fault. This might solve many problems. There are 76,000 unhoused in LA County (via a search; probably more?). There should be plenty of housing now. They don't need to shoe horn apartments in Pac Pali or Altadena. There will also be plenty of jobs, particularly for teenage blacks where the national unemployment rate is 15.6%.
