Ice Shaver Machine and making Snow cones

I'm looking for an ice crusher for crushed ice that doesn't instantly melt to make cocktails, sodas, and seltzer water. does this work for that?

I think you need to crash the ice bigger chunks, this machine have an adjustment if you want it coarse or fine. Hope this help you.

Does it still work? People were complaining this model get razor blade pieces in the ice. Is it crunchy or soft fluffy ice?

Yes! And I don’t have any problems with this model, we are enjoying making snow cones.
