I have a Setpower which i believe is a subdivision of Iceco. Very solid units. My Setpower has been running nonstop for over 2 years outside in my Lanai in the Florida heat. I keep it set to 34 degrees for all our beverages. It has been flawless. In my opinion they are great units and very competitive pricing. Love this battery option on your unit.

Thanks Brian! Iceco is a good choice but I ended going with Bodega dual zone fridge because it was half the price and has an app to control the temperature for both zones. We use it for the same application as you: day trips and grocery shopping. It cools down so fast compared to our Rv fridge.

Hey Brian appreciate this video, am in the market for a new fridge and iceco is in my wheelhouse. But I just finished up installing a couple of flexible solar panels on my van using the easy mounting technique with the corrugated panels and wing nuts. This was a great system simply to mount and remove solar panels for what ever reason without the hassle. Thanks Brian appreciate your very helpful website safe travels my friend 😊

Thanks for battery review. Only one I could find with the answers I needed. Gonna get it with the JP40.

I've had one for several years, not iceco. It has worked great keeping things cold in the car. I use a small power bank to keep it running when we stop driving for a few hours. I use a 12V socket on my RV or carry an extra extension cord to run it at night.

Nice. I did something similar but added an extra 12V positive wire on my towing harness (powered from the house battery bank) to power equipment in the car, including a fridge. Check it out kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJimkHupgJqeo7ssi=tpo9z6tKHE_tbjDB

need to know more about sliding drawer please
@RVwithTito2 ай бұрын
I ended up using scrap Unistrut channel on each side and 5/8" plywood for the platform (3/4" would have worked too). The strut channel was then mounted to another piece of plywood cut slightly larger than the other piece. I attached 3/4" aluminum angle to the sliding piece on each side to serve as guide rails. Finally, I added a spare drawer slider mounted sideways for a smooth in and out, then bolted it all to the compartment with 3/8" bolts. Works great! I just need to add a stop so the entire drawer doesn't slide all the way out.
