We are holding up okay! We do a lot of lessons on zoom and help people improve off the ice. We get a lot of job satisfaction from this and it helps us stay mentally okay during the lockdown. We have met some wonderful people through zoom and even chatting to people in the comments sections of the videos here. It makes all the work we do with Ice Coach Online worth it❤️ I hope you're staying safe 🙂

Can you do a video on skate profiles, toe pick styles, and the differences between Freestyle, Dance, etc, And what profile you like to skate in?

@@katharina2899 off ice double jumps are a tricky one. A lot of it comes down to subtle details in the technique that help you take it from a single jump, to a double or triple. Then there is also the fitness and explosive power to consider. We find that often, when trying doubles jumps it's very important to have feedback from a coach. Which is why we put out the videos covering all the single jump techniques, then help people work their way up to doubles and beyond on zoom. That's exaclty why they are called choctaws. I'm not even kidding, from what I have been told, when the move was invented "cowboy and Indian" films were very popular, so they just named it after a Choctaw from Native Americans!
