Metal vocalists are generally underrated because most people they're just screaming with zero control. But most don't realize how hard it is to control your voice to sound harsh while being steady and on key. And Barlow is possible the best at doing so.

It's one of the greatest in metal, and the stage presence and image make it one of the most metal. Despite what Schaffer says about it, I love the production. It's raw and real, and, in addition to Barlow, it has Larry in it. What else matters?

I adore Barlow, and he's a huge reason why I became an IE fan. But I gotta say.....I think he had the Samson thing going on. After he chopped that amazing mane off and became a cop, even after he rejoined IE for awhile, his vocals were never quite the same. Lost his power.

I love when Matthew loses his breath and do that "Ha" at the end of every phrase, unfotunately that costs too much of his vocal chords He should had worked on his breathing technique and only do that "Ha" on porpuse, this way his voice (and therefore career) would last longer At the final chorus seems like he's doing a marathon with his vocal chords, so sad to notice that after so many years
