Hello Madam, I am planning to import products from China. I have GST, PAN, IEC CODE and AD CODE. Is it mandatory to register in ICEGATE for importing products.

Yes sir If you have regular imports you need to be register AD code

I use FedEx to ship products from China, I will provide them the necessary documents and they will do the customs clearance for me. I will just pay customs duty to FedEx and they pay it to Customs. Still do I need to register in ICEGATE?
