Simply love it. But in principle I love EVERY Icehouse song between 1982 - 1993...especially the ones Rob Kretschmer wrote in co-operation with Iva Davies. To me, the work of Icehouse is unique and uncomparable. Greetz from Germany.

Excellent song. Intense. One of my favorites! I loved it back when it was released, and I've seen some of recent versions of it done live and those are also great. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've seen this video. I think it works well for the song. The video quality here is excellent. Pretty cool! The woman in this video looks familiar to me, although I suspect it's just my imagination and I haven't seen her before.

I used to see them each time they came to Melbourne when they started. Live bands would come on quite late and I'd park myself so I'd be at the front when they came on stage. Icehouse were always great live. Saw them a few times in larger venues in the last few years and they still put on a fabulous show. Well worth it. I hope you get the chance.

Só a atual tecnologia para suprir os desejos e no caso aqui descobrir que o Icehouse não é a banda que carrega o famoso rótulo de artista de uma música só. Quando conheci o grupo em 1987 com No Promises, eu tinha 17 anos, achava que só emplacariam essa canção e não demorou muito já emplacaram outro sucesso chamado Crazy. Outra surpresa que tive e foi muitos anos depois é que descobri que o grupo não era nem americano e nem inglês, como a maioria das bandas internacionais e sim australiano. Fiquei mais fã ainda do Icehouse por isso já que amo muito o rock da Austrália e o grupo já tem lugar no meu coração junto com os demais desse país como INXS, Men at Work, Hodugurus, etc.

While I know the sax player is excellent I do personally think a subtler sound would have been more powerful. Perhaps Iva wanted a sound to encapsulate the anguish, which I understand. It's likely no one agrees with me!😄
