The first rock band I can remember listening to is Icehouse. I listed to electric blue for 3 weeks nearly constantly before and after school.

A silly movie that in my opinion has become an important record of our nation, due to the outstanding cinemaphotography capturing so much of the beauty of the country but additionally the way the movie captures so much of what it is to be Australian from life on the coast to inland Australia. It is a joy to watch.

If you have ever smelled the scent of burning gum leaves, seen a brilliant endless land of ochre and green underneath a steel blue sky, then this song makes sense to you.
