I'm Icelandic and I loooove Hera Björk....but this song, nope, does nothing for me and is like you said very '90 and dated. When I first heard it, my response was: "this is very '90 Cher song". Cher is a queen but her songs from the '90 are 30 years old, sadly this song would have worked 30 years ago, but not today.
