I’ll be there April 16-22. We are doing the Ring Road. We got a 4x4 and are staying in Reykjavik, Vik, Hofn, Egilsstaðir, Akureyri, and one last night in Reykjavik. Any tips? Obv we won’t be able to see everything but I feel like this will give us a nice view of the country. Any tips for eastern Fjords/northern Iceland in April would be very helpful!

Are all this things that you talked about in the video doable in April? We love hiking and seen water falls…. How many days would you say it’s enough to be able to enjoy This beautiful place ? How good is late September/early October for visiting? Considering our first trip there around that time of year for 1-2 weeks. Definitely interested in some Aurora viewing, but some of the other locations would be good too. Creeping into winter though, so wasn't sure if it was a good time or better to go earlier/later.
