We bought land on Samal Island before roads or electric were put in. Since the improvements the land prices have increased x5. You did well to buy when you did. Otherwise the price will be very high.

Great to have your family in the Philippines..I was born and raised in New Zealand, but not I live in Brisbane, Australia since 2017. I visited the Philippines years ago. I spent time in Manila, shopping in Makati before flying to Leyte, arriving in Tacloban then a 2hr bus ride to Ormoc City, spending a total of 5 weeks in The Philippines, an experience I'll never forget.

I’m back from a long hiatus and resubscribed Fin. My dear husband had cancer, major surgery and chemotherapy and I took care of him 24/7.
