@@potechhd I like all types of noodle dishes really (but not the cold ones), especially the flat ho-fun style. But I lived in Korea for 2 years and have to say my favourite is Royal Beef or Chajang myun. Simple, filling and tasty.

To the Penangnites, Michelin's standard is very low and out of touch. Penang people totally disregard Michelin's accreditation when they go for the good food... They are considering Michelin is nothing but propaganda and publicity
