Again, thank you! It is nice that an example is given with each competency so as to understand it in its totality. From reading understanding then applying in the real time.

This session was really masterful. I loved all her examples the depths this MCC & Mentor Coach gave to this competency. How she blended the presenter’s questions about ACC, PCC, MCC and her response. Was brilliant to me. More focus on the areas from seeing the territory to going beyond and always coming back to the autonomy that the client has. Breaking the OLD Model of being a fixer was another powerful comment that I took away from her mastery. Thank you so much! I will be presenting my exam in 3 weeks and this is helping me to prepare ain a deeper level. Well done team ❤

Wow this was very eye opinion for me.. something felt different as I received this valuable insight. I'm grateful for all of the mentor coaches! 🙏🏾 I'm nervous yet ready to learn more about how I can take full advantage of this opportunity before me.. I have been around or they have been around me not sure which, the wrong influence or at least I have been hearing the wrong things and being so attached to my reflection and response that I sometimes feel like I am not able to effectively use what has been given to me. I now understand that I've not only had not noticed the opportunities in every situation in my life and working with others, that it's my experience and chance to challenge myself in seeking a coaching opportunity and that I can use it to apply with the tools and wisdom given unto me. Only question I have at this point, How do I control my empathic nature and become aware of what I am picking up vibrationaly from others around me is not my emotions or how I may feel about something. I AM highly sensitive to energies and seems to be getting stronger, and I have visions as people tell me about their story's, and that sticks with me. It feels almost like I act out what one feels inside but is holding. Yet I don't want to be rude or frighten others when I speak about what I see to them. I don't intend to that's how I release it from my energy. I haven't learned a different way of handling this yet, just breathing techniques and cleansing techniques. Is it appropriate to tell your clients what's going on and if we can do breathing methods? How should I handle this? I am happy that I have found rather been lead to this youtube channel. Love , Light, And Continue Change Destinies!😊👏🏾👏🏾👋🏽

Remember throughout these videos: All are UPDATED not new competencies.
@adamj26832 жыл бұрын
I think this part of the update was botched. "Facilitates Client Growth" is so overbroad and fuzzy as to be almost totally useless. There's a million things a person could do to facilitate growth. Also that category is already called "Cultivating Learning and Growth" which proves that "Facilitates Client Growth" is extremely vague. At least the old model had distinct, recognizable, groups of behaviors in those 3 competencies. I agree they should've been cleaned up, but collapsing them into one fuzzy competency like this seems like a step backwards.
