They didn’t explain it really but Sklave Rai is that move Quilge Opie used where they gain absolute control over the reishi that makes up the environment and their spiritual bodies (usually to absorb it). Based on their conversations, the girls just used that to give them the energy to power up to Vollstandig because they don’t like how tired it makes them. A telltale sign that a Quincy is using vollstandig is the star shaped crown they gain.

Subtitles got it wrong here. When Ichigo tells Kenpachi "I'm here to help you", It's supposed to be "I'm here to save you." It's a callback to when Ichigo was nearly killed by Nnoitora after his battle with Grimmjow. Kenpachi finds a broken and beaten Ichigo, Ichigo asks "What are you doing here, Kenpachi?", to which he replies "I'm here to save you."

As for Yachiru, here are 3 hints that were placed in previous episode: Clue#1 (and some idea's that can pop up, when you read/watch it): - Yachiru's zanpaktou is something weird. Koketsu is shocked, one she found out. It didn't change a shape, monsters showed up, but were those Yachiru's zanpaktou spirits? And Yachiru didn't use a release command, does that mean she can use it's power without calling it's name? Does she have a bankai? clue#2: - Yachiru turned her head at Zaraki, the moment he rushed strait at the meteor and called Nozarashi. Ofc, that wasn't something special, everyone was watching that meteor, but anime expilicitedly pointed out, that Yachiru looked at Zaraki, once he called Nozarashi name clue#3: - Flashback, when Zaraki, meet small girl. He asks her: what's your name. No responce. He asks her: where did you came from... and instead of responce, child cheerfuly touches blood soaked blade... We also learned from other flashbacks, that Yachiru was called Yachiru, to honor Unohana... not that was her real name... and here's we have it now: clue#4: - Yachiru cannot be found. Her badge is on the ground. Last time we saw her in anime, was when Zaraki called Nozarashi... Now this comment is very sugestive, but i think you can add it up 😄

Remember in last weeks episode Kenpachi called the NAME of his zanpakuto for the first time, and then during the flashback Kenpachi asked the little girl where she came from and she touched the sword, he then asked what her NAME was and she didn’t answer…then it cuts back to his shikai moment. Ichigo is absolutely built different now after coming back from the royal palace. That being said the reason he didn't try fighting when he got surrounded is because even if he is incredibly strong now, it's still 8 captain level opponents that he would need to fight off. Bazz-B easily wiped out Hitsugaya, the gun quincy was able to keep up with and take out Kyoraku's eye, and all of the quincy girls are relatively strong when they aren't being a comedy act. Even if he could possibly win that fight it would push him into expending a lot if energy, which is unideal when his ultimate target is Yhwach.

[Tidbits & Clarifications] - Next week will possibly be a Recap Episode for Bleach meaning we Technically only have 5 episodes remaining with the last two releasing on the same day just like Cour 1. (I presume it gives the animation team some much-needed time for the bigger episodes that are to come at the end of this season) - Scenes from the manga are removed where Shinji explains the Importance of Kenpachi and why he must be saved, better expressing the reason why the Bambis waited to ambush Him after Gremmy. It's believed by them that Killing Kenpachi will turn the tides of the War. - We see that Yachiru has seemingly vanished from her Shihakusho, mixing that information with what we saw last week should bring up some questions. - For those who missed it Liltotto is "G the Glutton", Meninas is "P the Power", Giselle is "Z the Zombie", and Candice is "T the Thunderbolt" - Ichigo shows off Getsuga Jujisho here, but he also shows new applications to the regular Getsuga Tenshou. He can now seemingly set them and use a sort of mini version. Candice is also very lucky that A. Ichigo clearly didn't aim to kill her and B. He warned her beforehand, lol. - Sklave Rai is play on the German word Sklaverei which obviously means Slavery. This is the reishi dominating technique we saw Quilge Opie use. - We now know at least 3 of the Special War Threats, Ichigo, Aizen, and Kenpachi. They also seem to have a number in terms of Importance because Liltotto says that Ichigo is the #1 Special War Threat. - Powersaling wise we must never forget that in Bleach (aside from special circumstances) You need to have spiritual pressure on par with your target otherwise you can't even damage them. Ichigo has leveled up and Uryu was capable of damaging him which says a lot about how capable Uryu must be. - (Sidenote) The Fandom has been slightly divided with the last two episepis in terms of pacing, likely because both episepis adapt around 8 chapters of content whereas Bleach episodes tend to cover about 4 per episode which means content gets cut, sometimes for better or worse. (Though it must be mentioned that this also means they are gearing up for tons of new and original content within the later Cours) - (Sidenote) Also, reportedly this Episode had some production issues, so there were many cuts (scenes) that were planned that they didn't get to do which is unfortunate, hopefully they do it for the Blu-Ray. The translations are all messed up for whatever reason. The quincy transformation is called "Vollständig", not Voll Stern Dich. It's german for "complete". And it's not sklave rai, it's "Sklaverei", german for "slavery". Sklaverei is a quincy ability whith which they break down reishi and are able to absorb it. The first time we saw it was during the fight between Mayuri and Uryu back in soul society.

So, Vollstandig is the 'Holy Form' with the wings and halo and everything. It is essentially the Quincy variation to a Bankai or Ressurecion. The Sklaverei ability is where the Quincy breaks down the environment by 'enslaving' the Reishii, allowing them to absorb it in the same way they do the ambient Reishii in the air. This is what Quilge did in Hueco Mundo that started breaking down the hollows as well as the environment and what allowed him to absorb Ayon. Vollstandig is a Quincy powering up their strength and abilities while Skalverei is them boosting the amount of energy they have to work with while also taking on aspects of the things they broke down. In this case, the Bambi girls went ahead and used both abilities to drastically increase their power beyond typical Vollstandig.

Yachiru disappeared because she was his Zanpakuto all along, so once he cut that meteor with his sword/her she went back to her true form. That's why in the flashback where he says, "Where did you come from?", and Yachiru touches the sword it shows that it is where she came from. So, long story short, Yachiru is Nozarashi which means she was just a form of his Zanpakuto/Bankai.
