This episode was so mind boggling. Imagine you being 17 years old going through this. Ichigo's purpose is to protect his loved ones yet here they are going against him and doubting the man he is after the enemy is now a loved one manipulating them. It would make you panic and filled with anxiety.

Who else thinks fullbring Ichigo's design & abilities are underrated. Very fresh look. The slick bone looking outfit, the dagger (extending from his Combat Pass), the X&O shaped black Getsuga, the blue lightning like Getsuga, the green bringer light beneath his feet. It's all fresh looking, cool and slick. I like this form. 🔥👌💀 It's not all about how strong it is. The little things should be appreciated as well.

They aren't underrated, they are weak. Especially considering Ichigo's true origin powers, his fullbring is a toy story power ranger gimmick.

@@SilverYPheonix Uhm. Not really "weak", the power just got taken before it could fully develop. Fullbringers are some of the most OP beings in the verse. Ginjo was confirmed being able to replace the Soul King, and in CFYOW there is fullbringer on par with Aizen. Ichigo was to be stronger than both in this form. But it was taken away from him.

Tsukishima is way more evil to Ichigo than Aizen ever was shown. The trauma he put Ichigo through is insane. Aizen uses his words to manipulate and mess with people's heads but this man said nothing and straight-up walked into Ichigo's house and brainwashed his entire friends and family. I don't think its so much that he doesn't trust Urahara, its more he genuinely wasn't thinking straight at that moment. If you were a 17-year-old who was depressed (which lets be real, Ichigo definitely was at the beginning of this arc and still is), suddenly had all his friends and his younger sisters turn against him, and had basically no adults in his life at that point (Isshin being MIA, his boss turning against him too). It's evident he's having a mental breakdown over this manipulation and when you're having a breakdown, you're not thinking straight. This arc has focuses alot more of Ichigo and his mental state and him as a character, so there's alot less tell and alot more show. Go back and rewatch this arc and really watch Ichigo's facial expressions and mannerisms.

@@troyeakb6314 Urahara trained 15 y.o. Ichigo for 7 days just to throw him in a fight against Soul Society and Aizen to retrieve Hogoku. Urahara didn't say Ichigo anything at all. It was basically a one way suicide mission for Ichigo and his friends.

This is what makes Tsukishima scary. He takes Ichigo's friends and family, the people Ichigo value most and turn them against him. His approach to Ichigo is not physical damage but mental damage, making Ichigo tear down from the inside emotionally and breaks down into a weak man inside, this is what makes Tsukishima cunning and a good villain and is really underrated

The thing is Ginjo has been the only one who has been open with Ichigo in this period of time. Ichigo did say to Isshin during the Aizen battle until he feels it's the right moment it's ok not to talk about the situation, so Ichigo is still in the dark about that. Plus Ichigo also noticed there have been "certain things" that his family has been hiding from him. Again it doesn't help him in this situation. Karin's involvement, Isshin doing "something" behind the scenes with Urahara. As for Urahara, he puts the status quo above everything else, he doesn't care about morality. It's evident from how he used Rukia and Ichigo for example. Everyone assumed Ichigo can cope without his powers and Ichigo gave the same energy on the outside but he clearly was struggling. Chad noticed it and called him out on that and in such a time it was only Ginjo who helped him. It's not like he doesn't trust Isshin or Urahara it's more like Ginjo was the one whom he can rely on in this situation.

He really should have gone directly to Urahara. That's one guy you know for certain isn't under the effect of the past alteration, as there isn't anybody in any world who is going to be able to roll up on Urahara and stab him, then happily walk away while the mind control takes effect (even Aizen didn't try that).

I think ginjo is the most capable fighter too so it woulda been harder for tsukishima to get him. And while I think he was panicking which is why he ran there’s actually no confirmation that killing tsukishima would undo his powers which would mean his friends and family would think he murdered his relative for no reason for the rest of time. And if he kills him that might ruin the only chance of him getting tsukishima to undo his power. So for the time being he can’t kill him.
