IMO the nature of the founding soul society shouldn't define it, given the clear efforts Yammamoto went through to grow from the monster he was and actively strive to be a better person as a result. Aizen was... frankly callous. Senjumaru said it best: "Aizen is pure evil". I don't think that's an understatement either. Juha wanted to fuse the world's as well. Maybe that would have been better long term, But frankly, the death toll of doing that would have been nothing short of monstrous. Like, humiliate Mao Zedong levels of monstrous. All of Ichigo's human friend's surely would have died if that had transpired.

Istaka Think of it like this. Ichigos Max power is 10, Barragan is 8 and Ulquiorra is 7. Now, Ichigo isn’t always at 10. Sometimes he’s at 9 or 8, or even as low as 4. Ulquiorra recognised this immediately when he saw Ichigo. As a real life analogy, think of a Basketball or Football (soccer for Americans) player being in form. They are performing at their maximum potential, but they’re not always capable of doing that. Sometimes they’re out of form and can only perform to a fraction of their maximum potential.

Power creep in shounen is common in many series. Though Bleach's power creep is tame compared to Naruto's. At least in Bleach, they established a basis and solid reasoning for why the Shinigami (based on mythical gods of death) and the Quincy were so broken.

What i didnt understand during that scene...Sasakibe (1st squad leutnant) is supposed to be at the same level as a captain. He even mastered bankai multiple centuries ago. His bankai is very powerfull aswell (Genryusai's scar on his face came from Sasakibe's bankai). That concludes to Sasakibe being approx as strong, as Kuchiki and all the other captains. So how on fckin earth was ichigo able to own him like that, when he is most likely a lot stronger, than ichigo?!!

Yeah Ichigo at this point is stronger than Byakuya or is at least on Par with him. Sasakibe is a captain but is also completely unaware of Ichigo's strength (Minus seeing him block the Sogyoku)

It's absolutely wild that the man who got owned by Ichigo witouth zanpaktou was the one who dealt the fatal blow to Yhwach 1000 years ago. One of the biggest mistakes Kubo did was to put lieutenant Sasakibe here

For all those telling Sasakibe was shown as worthless in this part. To all those people, please CAREFULLY look at the part where ichigo attacks the 3 vice captains. Out of all 3 vice-captains, only Sasakibe was able to "see" and "keep up" with Ichigo's moves, and twice at that. The other two vice captains either didn't know what happened or showed a delayed response to ichogo's speed. Sasakibe just underestimated Ichigo. That's why he lost. We already see Ichigo is at Byakuya's later. So of course he can take on another captain class.

If you recall AFTER episode 125, Ichigo started flooding his "inner world" , thats why before the final battle with Aizen, him and Zangetsu had that talk how Ichigo stopped progressing and it showed how all the skyscrapers disappeared and it just became Karakura town under the sea, but then after he fought Zangetsu for the last time, he became crazy strong.

This was one of the best moments in bleach .Ichigo was able to block sokyoku which has a power of million zanpakuto with his zanpakuto and take down 3 vice captions by just using phyiscal strength but after this arc i felt like Ichigo weakened quite a bit.

cool part about him not using his zanpaktou to combat the three of them is that it brings to mind during his bankai training where Zangetsu says that one of the blades he picked represented the part of him that was overly-reliant on his zanpaktou to win fights, which means he had transcended that weakness (may not be highlighted later on in the rest of the storyline cause he doesn't use hakuda much, also I may have recalled some things wrongly)
