just so you know, usually Byakuya doesnt use arms to guide senbonzakura, because he can kill with his bankai with easy, when he points with hands his senbonzakura petals moves more faster and accurate and he do this only when he serious

Ichigo's bankai and other powers = summon more drip 😎 Anyway, Byakuya's speech about bankai kinda reminds me of the Super Sayan and other shonen concepts, when at the introduction it seems like such an elitist power that only very few excellences can achieve, to generate hype, but later in the show you eventually find more characters who reached it and it's really not that rare.

Got to remember that unlike rank and file soul reapers most of the people we see after this arc are ridiculously fast. Spoilers below People like zamori, byakuya, yoruichi are some top tier speeds, ichigo is slow by comparison to what he should be for 3 reasons Soul society controlling/monitoring his spiritual energy output with the badge, old man zangetsu trying to limit ichigo power only letting up enough for ichigo to win/what he can’t hold back, and white zangetsu fighting old man for dominance/ ichigo suppressing him leading to being weaker overall

While I enjoy the coreography of grimmjow vs Ichigo and and Ulquiorra vs Ichigo, I can't say there is a difference between Ichigo using shikai or bankai... I can say Ichigo is fast because we know his enemies are fast, but does Ichigo look fast? I mean, as fast as he looks in Ichigo vs Byakuya fight?

This has got to be very humiliating for Byakuya. This kid was able to match his power after just a month and achieve bankai which took other soul reapers a very long time. Then again he's lucky Ichigo was playing nice as well because he could have silenced Byakuya's for his arrogance right then and there while he was running his mouth. So I kind of feel bad for him with the gap in power being closed so quickly but at the same time it's awesome to see Ichigo shut him up because he always went on about the difference in their power. That just shows that the soul society had gotten complacent. That definitely doesn't bite them later. Nope not at all.
