The best way to figure out whether it is covered in your plan/policy, is to contact your health insurance/TPA and inquire about this. If it is covered by them, then we can process your claim. The another way is to get the pre-approval from health insurance/TPA *through the hospital*. This might take 1-2 days’ of time. In this process, the hospital is required to send all the diagnosis reports and plan of treatment to the TPA. Upon analyzing the patient’s plan/policy and the share reports, the TPA will decided to authorize or reject the approval request .
