Which Graphic Card do you have ? Wondering because you mentioned it is taking some Time to load. Well taught.

I use the RTX 2080ti graphic card which is pretty good!

Is it possible to use bird's-eye view without using Motion Director? And also I would like to ask you whether we can use other motions that we have in our libary or just motions that are offered with Motion Director (default and the ones that we can buy)?

Yes only MD motion can be used in MD. to get a birds eye simple use a default camera and set it into the birds eye position manually then click set camera. Your camera will now remain in that view when you hit Start.
