OMFG!! ICO 💜 I HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT THIS GAME. TODAY I WAS SEARCHING FOR GAMES ON THE NINTENDO SWITCH AND WATCHING THEIR TRAILERS. ON ONE OF OF THE TRAILERS I HEARD I SOFT CRY AND REMEMBERED THIS GAME. MY DESCRIPTION WAS BOY WITH A VIKING HAT AND A WHITE GIRL, A WHITE GIRL IN A WHITE DRESS. THEN I THOUGHT MAYBE A GHOST. AFTER MANY GOOGLE SEARCH ATTEMPTS I SAW ICO THE JAPANESE GAME AND I REMEMBER SEEING 'ICO' AND I CLICKED IT TO SEE THE GAME COVER AND GOT TEARS IN MY EYES. IT WOULDVE REMAINED A FORGOTTEN DREAM BUT IT WAS SAVED THANKS TO THAT TRAILER 💜 ICO

I remember playing the demo version of this classic PS2 game when I was 13 and I got it free from one of the UK PS2 magazines. I have it on Sony PS4 as the PS3 version after joining the PlayStation Now. This game looks amazing and I love it. That cover for the European, Australian and Japanese versions was painted by director Fumito Ueda and it has been inspired by the Italian painter Giorgio de Chirico's The Nostalgia of the Infinite. It looks absolutely amazing. This version for the PAL and Japanese versions is way better than that one for North American version. That cover for the North American version looks awful despite being a amazing game. Anyway it's probably one of the best PS2 games of all time.

I don't like the fact they toned down enemies HP and aggressiveness for jap/ pal releases though, it was challenging and strategically rewarding in N/A release and pretty easy on pal
