I just picked up there slim bar light so far I like it cause of the adjustment and even though it’s just 800 lumens it’s just enough. Also I thought it be perfect for camping and just having it magnetically attached to the car. I might get one of these as well.

Can you use it while charging

Yes, but I noticed when you turn it on while it's plugged in the light quits blinking. I'm not sure if that means it quits charging and just is powering the light directly off the power cable or if it's also still charging it.
