Thank you Mr. Ward, your shop videos are always my favorites. My better half overheard you talking about some parts and I had to explain who you were and what you do. It was a fun exercise. I sell custom pieces of multi million dollar packaging equipment and my favorite definition of sales is the transfer of enthusiasm. Your enthusiasm to the smallest detail is absolutely inspiring. I aspire to be like you, just for packaging equipment. Thanks again for all you do!
