I dont know, Sena makes communication pretty simple with its Mesh. SRL Mesh integrated with my Shoei Neotec II is pretty worth it.

I wish these manufacturers weren't all going with Sena, my group invested into the Cardo ecosystem, and because of all these proprietary integrated units I can't take my Cardo packtalk slim to a new helmet, so if I want an aerodynamic and non-bulky unit it isn't an option on the newer helmets without a new brand-specific unit

Cardo is better anyway. I have both cardo and Sena but for solo rides or rides with friends who have it, cardo all day, for group rides I choose sena because everyone has one. Sucks to have 2 helmets with 2 speakers lol

@@mistflip69 That is exactly why I got Cardo in the first place and convinced others to do so, and for my partner who rides on my back seat. I don't know how the modern Sena units are, but I'm happy with my Cardo and mad that helmet manufacturers are ruining compatibility with Cardo units

honestly i picked cardo over sena because the cardo had water proofing ratings and sena only advertised water resistance. i just use my unit for music and google maps only but im happy with my choice. picked the pachtalk edge for the speakers. i just wish cardo and sena would make units compatible with eachother so it doesnt matter the brand, everyone can talk

@@marxula555 you can Bluetooth connect cardo to Sena. That's what I was originally doing. I had a cardo and everyone had senas and as much of a pain it was to get right (takes a couple tries) it'll work. It's in the firmware update

Cardo has really shity business practices. A 200 plus dollar com unit you have to pay monthly to use? Fuck that.

Sena really limited Icon , system totally not worth it.
