Always love your content, from ship tours to helpful info for cruisers, thank you. I would like to pick your brain. I'm booked in a surfside Balcony on deck 9 on Icon. I'm in the first cabin upon entering Surfside or I could go further back on deck 9. I also can move to an Oceanview Balcony on deck 11 for $ 188.00 more total for 2. It's approx .12 cabins down from your cabin. I'm soo torn regarding being higher up with the motion and the long walk to the elevator. It feels far from Central park and lower entertainment decks etc, or stay on 9 close possibly less movement but noise during day at least from Surfside I have no kids . Any advise would be helpful if you don't mind.

Hi there. Thanks so much for watching and the kind words. I found myself always going down to the Surfside level to be out there or at Playmakers and the promenade. It sounds like the cabin down there would be a good one for me. I wasn't too interested in the water park etc. The walk was quite long in our hall, you are right. We didn't feel any movement of the ship though. I think that most areas will be very stable in this ship based on its itinerary and size. Unless there is a really big storm in the Atlantic.
