The ship’s elegant three-level restaurant, the main Dining Room, spans decks 3 through 5 and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With its stunning chandelier and impressive multilevel art display, it immediately catches your eye.
You have the flexibility to dine at a set time each night (either early or late) or at your convenience, depending on your booking. The dining level is determined by the dining style you've selected. Be aware that switching between dining styles can be challenging, so choose the option that best suits you and your companions.
The Dining Room offers standard menus for breakfast and lunch, featuring both hot and cold items. It’s quieter here than in other venues, providing a peaceful, leisurely atmosphere. On sea days, brunch is served, and lunch is available on select days.
Dinner features a rotating menu that changes nightly, often with themed selections (such as Italian night). The extensive menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts, offering a great opportunity to try something new. Royal Classics, like a New York strip steak and Caesar salad, are available every night, along with premium selections like filet mignon or lobster tail for an additional fee. A kids’ menu with favorites like grilled cheese, burgers, and chicken fingers is also available.
A staple on Royal Caribbean ships, Windjammer is designed to handle large crowds quickly and efficiently. You can find seating both indoors and outdoors.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this buffet is arguably the most popular choice for a quick meal. It's also a good area with plenty of seating. It has diverse offerings and a good station-style layout. The same food is available at multiple stations, preventing long lines at any one spot.
Breakfast and lunch feature a mix of hot and cold items. At breakfast, there’s an egg station for made-to-order eggs, alongside various side dishes, eggs prepared in different ways, pancakes, waffles, and an assortment of breakfast pastries. The freshly prepared omelets are always very good.
For lunch, there’s a pasta station, salad bar, sandwiches, cold cuts, grilled items, and other entrees.
Dinner offers several options. Icon of the Seas’ buffet remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
Every night there is a different theme - Caribbean, American, Spanish, Indian. There are endless numbers of cuisines, curated to fit the ship, the itinerary and the season.
The Pearl Café on Icon of the Seas is a new and highly popular venue located on Deck 6 of the Royal Promenade. It stands out for its open and airy design, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide incredible ocean views, creating a relaxing atmosphere for passengers. The café has comfy lounge seating in shades of pale pink and blue, and includes an ethereal silver whale sculpture suspended from the ceiling.
