I have a local store that always looks everything up (doesn’t have labels) but his prices are always 15-20% less than Price Charting so it’s all good. Never getting a flipable crazy cheap deal, but always getting a good price while being able to hold it in hand before buying. He’s up front about it too which I respect.

I've found the staff at both Wii Play Games locations to be rude. When you ask them to look up a price they seem very bothered, and their prices really suck.

Don't feel bad about skipping on that Pelican Gun and pedal, I remember working in a game store and we use to get those returned quite frequently. Either the gun would calibrate correctly or the peddle would break. Actually the pedal was cheaply made so we just return the whole stock to avoid the problem with returning.

@@nickwick35 You are so right about that! As I'm going through the 3rd game, I can see that if they slapped a sci-fi background, this would essentially be a first person dead space game. They took a lot of elements from DS 1 and 2 and slapped them in here. This is what I love. A remaster would be crazy awesome.

Top Gun: Maverick was definitely worth the wait in the theater! The cinema in The Luxor used to show movies in Imax where you actually get into seatbelts and float in front of the screen.

Reggie you never fail to disappoint! FEAR 3 is crazy good. For those of you haven't played it, check it out. Its essentially Modern Horror-Fare 2. I think the game was actually developed using the MW2 engine. Its a smooth running shooter. Definitely COD with some horror and there's wrong with that! One of the stages takes place in the MW2 Favela complete with the helicopter escape. Another stage is based strongly on Dead Space complete with the sound design and visual effects. There was even an Easter egg of the cutoff arm from the box. Great stuff.

Enjoyed the video, Reggie. Got me excited to check these places out while I was in Vegas this week. Unfortunately, Gamer’s Paradise is gone, the Henderson Retro City Games has moved somewhere else, and the Retro City Games in Town Square had limited selection and nothing of interest. Even the GameStop that was listed as being just down the street from Town Square has been bulldozed and is a construction site now. Vegas was a bust for game hunting.

Thanks for the cool pickup video. Fortunately, I have a lot of the ones I enjoyed from the video(DS/GBA) because I wouldn't want to track them down or pay for them now. I got a bunch of portable games back when Gamestop was liquidating them. (DS/GBA/PSP)... Right time to right place, I guess. The Three Stooges... I'm pretty sure in the boxing episode, they had to give Curly limberger cheese, which essentially sent him into a rage. "Moe, Larry, CHEESE!"

Ya any video game store that looks up prices on eBay/price charting won’t get a dollar from me! I get the games fluctuate drastically but still, just price the game and be done with it. I heard some places that have a sticker price still look it up and if it went up in value from the original sticker price then they don’t honor it. Anyway nice pick ups Reggie!!

Did you say that the US version didn't have the second collection on the disc and had to download it, but the Japanses version had both collections on the disc? I like that you remind the viewers that there are other ways to play these games because I'm not willing to spend over $60 on a game. I don't see what there is to look at with the intro to wizards and warriors. It seems normal to me. Yes I played it, but didn't beat it. I played contender a long time ago and don't remember. I guess it was ok. Now for Qbert, I hate that game. No fun for me at all. One of the worst games I have ever played.

It's a shame that your flight went the way it did. Between the absent-minded/socially inept woman who decided to sing loudly behind you and disrupt everybody around her, and people getting on the flight drunk who decided that standing up during landing was a good idea, it seems like airplanes are becoming more and more like public transportation; Greyhound in the sky. It didn't used to be like that as the price point of an airline ticket normally kept out people who had a tendency to be a fool in public or carry themselves in a certain way. But now it seems like hopping a flight is almost the same as jumping on a bus...you never know what kind of foolishness you're going to be surrounded by for however many hours you're trapped in the air.
