The engine sounds strong Matt, Runs great considering its been sitting with old fuel in it. 👍

Enjoyed your video. I am finishing up my 1976 Viper Red 280Z . Should be back on the road after the snow melts and the salt is off the highways! Good luck with your project. I will be watching.

Awesome! I have a lot of plans and parts for this build and a fairly good car to start with. I do need to replace a floor pan and rail though. That is probably the biggest task I see so far.

Great work 👍 I suggest do more of a driving restoration instead of a full restoration so that the car wouldn’t have to be off of the road for months at a time.

Good stuff, most thing apply to my 280ZX so appreciate this. Replaced my tank last year (full of rust . sending unit trashed) fuel pump and filter along with some lines. Also all new injectors

The old lady that owned the car before me at some point had a straight pipe installed. It’s really loud.

I got a buddy who has a 77 280z sitting in my garage and we are trying to get it running. Currently idles but the second you hit the “gas” pedal it dies. Any suggestions? We are thinking MAF sensor which is pushing $250 so if anybody knows any other ideas it is much appreciated!! Hopefully we can get his looking and running as good as yours!
