Iconic Wichita Theater Turned 100 in 2022

I love the Orpheum and always have. I moved away from Wichita in 1988 after spending my childhood in the College Hill part of town and living in 1986-88 on Oakland. On your closing shot here, you show 1st street going east... and the street is empty... the town looks deserted... I live in Everett, Washington now and the only time the streets have been empty here was during the pandemic.,.. I know because even at over 62 years of age, I was working as a janitor...
