My husband is the most amazing man I have ever met..I could write a book about r journey..love saw us through ❤️❤️❤️

Really you never heard that before, there are tons of Greeks married to Lebanese. Greeks came to Lebanon some 200 years ago to find work. There are tons of men and women married. What’s this worked out thing? I’m glad you two love each other. But what you get are two Mediterranean’s with bad tempers. So that’s why you got along.

Your the only Lebanese creature to break cultures in two way 1) Your partner is of another nationality and 2) You are not marrying your first cousin, Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.

Dear Maria, it is very nice to see there are still happy married couples like you after 24 years of marriage. Regardless the background, the most important is, that couples love respect and are loyal to each other for ever. I wish you and your husband a healthy long life.

@thezmanchar5 жыл бұрын
Yianni Athanasopoulos it is not two different cultures the Lebanese Greek Orthodox were Greek, you guys came to Lebanon to find work in earlier part of the 20th century, and before that Lebanese had a heavy duty Hellenic period thousands of years ago. Nothing is different. I’m so annoyed with people who say two different cultures. We are one in the same. We adopted the customs of the Lebanese that’s all.

To me and I'm not being biased, I love Lebanese culture, my girlfriend is Lebanese, but this whole ensemble is Greek in origin! The Daoulia, Zourna, Tambourine, Bouzouki, etc. All have Greek origins in instrumentation! This further demonstrates to me that our cultures have been shared since ancient times and have become more similar than different due to Alexander The Great and his endeavours to the East! God bless these two newly weds and God bless Greece, Lebanon and the common good of all people! #GreekAussie #loveLebos

Fran Mrtks Thanks Fran, and just so you know, we have a lot of Lebanese Greeks orthodox. They came from Greece ages ago and are the second biggest Christian religion in the Middle East. I know because I ham 100% Lebanese born into a Greek Orthodox family. Our church service is entirely in Greek. Unfortunately, the language is not I the families anymore. Entire generation was wiped out where the father or mother died and these kids who were born in the 80’s have no one to teach them, we were running for our lives.
