Looking good! One thing I noticed (that nobody else seems to have pointed out yet) is that in the original, you can't change direction without pressing the jump button, unless you are on the ground. The water physics are repurposed from Balloon Fight, if that helps.

Here are some ideas to inspire you: fludd powerup that once you run out of water dissapears New level themes A secret troll level that is either way too hard or way too boring Warp Zones in more themes then just the underground(possibly also different methods of warping like paintings and portals and secret level rings) See you next video

Very nice video! Maybe you could make specifically modern colored and OG SMB colored enemies, blocks etc. as different versions (i kinda suggested that but idk if that comment even counts) It would add some nice variety while you literally have to do the bare minimum to get it to work properly and look cool
